Service Description
These sessions are specifically for new mothers with babies up to 3 months of age. We will include some baby massage for baby, and a flower footbath and hand massage for mum. An opportunity to debrief your labour. Relaxation and breathing; a little T'ai Chi and Yoga - some time to pamper yourself and breathe. Time to chat over coffee and cake.
