4 weekly sessions of Breathing & relaxation, Stress release, flower footbath for mum, hand & shoulder massages for mum, baby massage/yoga, a smattering of T'ai Chi, Wise Bodywork, Yoga - babyled session for nonactive babies, antenatal and postnatal discussion. "Mothering the Mothers"
